With more than 30 years in the financial services industry — including senior distribution leadership roles and national sales development experience — Jennifer brings both strategic depth and human insight to every engagement.
She has built high-performing sales organizations, designed carrier-level distribution strategies, developed onboarding systems and coached leaders at every stage of growth. Today, she works with C-suites, sales organizations, and career women alike — helping them unlock potential and build success they’re proud of.
